All About Me

I first off have to apologize that I haven't blogged for so long, but out Internet hasn't been working what well and we haven't really done anything exciting. But I got tagged, (and Ashely you are in trouble because I knew you got tagged and told you not to tagged me, but here goes.)

10 years ago: I was a junior in high school. Not doing much, pretty lame!

5 things on my to do list today:
1- Go to the Dentist, Done
2- Clean my house, or at least pick it up, mostly done
3- Vacuum my car
4- Watch American Idol Results
5- Be lazy on the couch!!!

5 Snacks I enjoy:
1- Chips, Salsa, & Guacamole, I am copying Ashley because they are my favorite too.
2- Candy, but sugary candy. I love it while I am pregnant.
3- Smoothies, like Jamba Juices
4- Ice Cream, any kind
5- Fruit

5 Places I have lived:
1-American Fork, Ut
2-Alpine, Ut
3-St. George, Ut
4-Logan, Ut
5-Midvale, Ut
6-Lehi, Ut (twice)
That is lame it should be more like five places you have been. Okay I will through that in for fun.

1-Europe: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria
2-Hawaii
3-Mexico-Cancun
4-Florida
5-Lake Powell, probably one of my very favorite places to be.

What would I do if I were suddenly made a Billionaire:
That really is a hard question when you think about it. I would first pay off all of our debts: house, cars, credit cards, etc. Then I would buy a Range Rover for me and Kevin could have his old Nissan back or something. J/K. I would buy a new boat, finish our yard and basement, decorate our house, buy Kevin a snowmobile and a new KTM. I would help my family out any way that I could. Then I would shop whenever I wanted and get massages once and a while. I would definitely be taking some trips, especially scuba trips. Then like Ashley I would try to just live like we do now. Just will a lot less stress.

5 jobs I have had:
1-Durfey Dry Cleaners
2-Watergardens movie theater, probably the funnest job I have ever had, and would recommend to any high school student.
3- Deseret Book: in St. George and at the University Mall
4- Kinder Care and a "Kindergarten" teacher, but really just a day care worker, probably the worst job I have ever had.
5-1st Grade teacher and Freedom Elementary-ok that is probably one of the best jobs, I have ever had. Loved it!!
6-Being a mom, ok that tops them all!!

5 Things you didn't know about me:
Okay this will be hard for me, mostly because I am an open book, I will tell you anything about me. I will try though.
1-I didn't kiss anyone until college. That is pretty lame so that tells you that I haven't really kissed that many people.
2-I have to wash my hair every day. I wish I could be like all you girls that don't have too, but my hair is just to thin, fine, and stringy if I don't.
3-Most people know this about me, but I love to throw stuff away. I love to dejunk and organize, even though I don't do it all the time, but when I do, it is hard for me to NOT throw stuff away. So if you ever need help, call me.
4-I LOVE the show Sex and the City. I don't know why but I could watch it all the time. I do watch the edited versions of it on TV so it isn't so bad. I would recommend it to anyone.
5-The only thing I can think of is that I love to be with people. I love to get together with friends and family and hang out and have a good time, it is something that I always look forward to.

So I guess that I am supposed to tag a few people, so I will tag:
Kindra, Brooke's all three of you, Traci, Jessica, and Melissa E.

Straight Hair Day

So on Saturday I wanted to do Taylor's hair straight. I have tried and tried doing different things, but none of them ever work. So I thought to use these velcro curlers that I have. So I blow dried her hair until it was almost dry. Then I put these rollers in. Then I let them sit for a little bit and took them out. It worked!! It was so cute I should have taken a picture of her hair when I was all finished. I will have to when I do it again. The funny thing is, is that she lets me do it. I have to let her play with things that she doesn't ever really get to play with and then I can. So I know that I am the meanest, craziest mom for doing this to a one year old, but I thought it was actually pretty funny. So enjoy cute pictures!!

My MAN!!!

So this is my 1st tag. I am kind of excited because it talks about my awesome husband. I think it is kind of fitting considering that Valentines Day is in a couple of days.

What is his full name? Kevin Scott Stewart - He hates the Scott, which I don't really know why.

How long have you been married? Almost 4 years, in June.

How long did you date? Year and a half, a very long time. We have almost known each other for 6 years, that is a long time!

Who eats more sweets? I do, I am positive, but we both love a good treat.

Who said I love you first? He did. It was a total shock and I loved it!

How old is he? He is 28 1/2.

Who is taller? He is, but we are both on the shorter side.

Who is smarter? He is.

Who can sing better? Kevin for sure. I told him to try our for American Idol...Ha Ha!

Who does the laundry? I do, but he did iron all his shirts the other day. I was very impressed.

Who pays the bills? I do.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do.

Who mows the lawn? Luckily right now we don't have a lawn, so neither. When we lived in our other house I was pregnant and he had a bad knee, so neither again. I am sure that he will this summer when we do get a lawn.

Who cooks dinner? I want to say me, but really we both do. He is a good cook.

Who drives? He does.

Who is more stubborn? I would say really neither. We are pretty easy going.

Who kissed who first? He kissed me.

Who asked who out? (I am the same as you Tara). He asked me out, but we were friends first and so I thought we were just hanging out, but really it was our first date. I didn't know it was our first date until we were married.

Who has more siblings? Kevin, big family

Who wears the pants? It depends on what. We both do.

Love ya Kev, you are the best. Happy Valentines Day!!

That was fun. I guess I am supposed to tag some others, so I will tag: Jessica, Kindra, Jocey, and Traci. Keep it going. (Just copy and paste from my blog to your new post)

Good Things Utah!!!

On Tuesday, Febuary 5th my friends and I went to Good Things Utah! I am the biggest fan. I have been wanting to go see the show for some time now. So my friend Tara and I finally planned it. When we were driving there we were so excited. It was like going to see someone really famous. Our adrenaline was pumping. We were actually making fun of ourselves because we were so star struck. So Tara, Tara's friend, Breanne and myself finally made it to the abc4 building. We had to wait outside for a couple of minutes and then the creater of the show came and let us in. Then all the girls came in and took their places on their chairs. It was interesting to see how calm they were just seconds before the show started. I guess they do it everyday, so no big deal. I had so much fun watching the show. I mostly just watched what the girls did during the segments that they weren't in and during commercials. After the show was over we went up and took this picture with them, sorry a little blurry, it was taken with a phone. Then we hung out and talked with them for 15 minutes or so. They were so nice. I had so much fun. I for sure want to go again. If anyone wants to go let me know.
